Reiki Defined

Reiki is a Japanese healing modality that has been used for centuries. It is defined in two parts:

Rei - meaning "spiritually guided"

+

Ki - meaning "life energy"

Simply put, Reiki is loving universal energy that is guided by its own wisdom. It is gentle, yet powerful. Reiki has been found to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and aid in the natural healing of mind, body, and spirit.

About Reiki

Usui Reiki is a traditional Japanese form of energy healing that originated with Mikao Usui in 1922. In Usui Reiki, practitioners channel this universal life force energy through their hands to the recipient. The process involves placing hands on or near specific energy points on the body. The intention is to facilitate the flow of energy, remove blockages, and support the body's natural healing abilities. Usui Reiki is known for its simplicity, effectiveness, and emphasis on spiritual and personal growth.

Over time, various Reiki systems and branches have evolved, each maintaining the fundamental principles while incorporating unique elements. Holy Fire   III Reiki  is one modern variation that builds upon Usui Reiki, introducing additional healing energies for enhanced treatments. This style of Reiki was introduced by the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) in 2018, and incorporates a higher frequency of Reiki.

Holy Fire   III Reiki is designed to be a gentle yet powerful energy that is considered by practitioners to be more refined and effective in promoting healing and spiritual growth. It builds upon the foundation of Usui Reiki, incorporating new techniques and approaches to energy healing.
